Devon Dickau is the Deputy Lead for the Deloitte Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Client Service Center of Excellence, part of Deloitte’s globally top-ranked Human Capital consulting practice. Passionate about nurturing empowering communities in challenging environments and aligning corporate strategy with social values, Devon advises clients on D&I, culture transformation, talent strategy, and leadership development across industries.
Devon started his career as an HIV/AIDS educator and advocate for children and communities in Sub-Saharan Africa and then founded and managed UCLA’s first-ever program for first-generation families. His expertise in D&I stems from ten years of guiding organizations across the social impact, education, and corporate sectors – nationally and internationally – to solve pressing strategic challenges. Beyond Deloitte, Devon sits on the board of The Social Impact Fund, is president of the UCLA Lambda (LGBTQ) Alumni Association, and was a 2016 Fellow with New Leaders Council. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from UCLA and an M.Ed. in Technology, Innovation & Education from Harvard.
