Xavier Williams leads AT&T’s global customer service organization, providing post-sales customer support for AT&T’s enterprise customers. He is responsible for project management, service assurance, service delivery and service management functions. Williams began his career with AT&T in 1990 and has held a number of senior leadership roles, including senior vice president, service management and senior vice president, public sector and healthcare. He has served on the boards of Urban League of Pittsburgh, AT&T Foundation, PASSHE Foundation, Jarvis Christian College, National Sales Network, AT&T University and Asian Pacific Islanders for Professional & Community Advancement. Williams has been honored with the AT&T Corporation Chairman’s Diversity Award, NELI Eagle Award, Edinboro University of Pennsylvania Distinguished Alumni Award and USA Freedom Corporation for Dedication to Volunteer Services. He was named one of Diversity MBA magazine’s "Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leaders" and one of Savoy’s "Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America." Williams graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in business administration and earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
