As senior vice president and chief customer officer for Hallmark Greetings and a corporate officer at Hallmark Cards Inc., Sabrina Wiewel has full P&L responsibility for the Hallmark Greetings customer team. She manages the distribution of products to consumers through a network of 40,000 rooftops in the United States and Canada and through digital solutions. She oversees more than 11,000 field-based employees who service Hallmark customer accounts across the United States and Canada. Wiewel chairs Hallmark’s Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Council and Asian-American Resource Community. She was recipient of the 2014 CEO Walking the Talk award recognizing individuals who demonstrate initiative, commitment and leadership to making Hallmark more inclusive. In 2015, she won a Retail Leader/Category Management Association Best Practices award for work she led to bring a customized and unique assortment of products to a Walgreens store in the LGBT-centric Castro neighborhood of San Francisco. Wiewel began her career as a sales representative for Marion Laboratories before joining Hallmark as a marketing strategist. After five years, Wiewel left Hallmark to start her own sales and marketing consulting company. In 1999, she joined H&R Block and held positions of increasing responsibility, including chief tax network officer. She rejoined Hallmark in 2011 as vice president and general manager of the chain drug customer team. Wiewel is an active member of NEW, Susan B. Komen Foundation’s Race for the Cure and Sales Executive Share Group (SESG). She serves on the board of directors for Enactus United States and Band of Angels. Wiewel holds a bachelor's degree in communications/marketing from Central Missouri State University.
